Just like a scene from a Crocodile Dundee film fighting my way through bushes, over barb wired fence and hanging from a tree.
Just to get Cassie's ball which she had dropped into the river and was afraid to retrieve.

How far would you go for your dog?

Where we moored for the night it was nice and quiet and this gave Cassie a chance to play ball as presently she is in season.

Hooray the sun is shining and we have decided to take a trip to Gayton Junction and back for the weekend.
This is my first time cruising the boat since breaking my wrist as it has been left to Hilary and others.

We have had a bad day today, Hilary put on the washing machine and damaged the domestic alternator.
Then this afternoon as she stepped off the boat she slipped and fell into the canal.

On Thursday we caught up with Al and Del from Derwent 6 at the New Inn.
On Monday of this week we also managed to catch up with Penny and Mic from our sister boat Intrepid.

Since we have been moored at Weedon we have found a few walks where Cassie can play ball.
After playing ball she enjoys a walk in the stream.
