It's not very often that somebody that took photographs as you approached send them on, these pictures were taken when we approached Market Drayton.

Today we travelled from Gnosall to Wheaton Aston passing through Cowley Tunnel dug out through sandstone, at Wheaton Aston Cherry and Neil visited and took us to Brewood for lunch and a few beers.

Yesterday we travelled on to Gnosall where Jen and Paul caught up with us.

We called into Market Drayton for shopping then up Tyrley Locks passing through an area of restricted width due to rock falls on to moor in the countryside, just before mooring we had to pass through a large fishing match.

After having lunch with Yvonne and Dave we left Audlem and cruised through twenty locks to moor just before Market Drayton for tonight.

Had a busy few days catching with people first it was Maria and Andy and eating in the Lord Combermere and then catching up with Yvonne and Dave and having a meal in the Shroppie Fly and then a lunch in a Cafe before saying our goodbyes.

Today we have moored just before Audlem with a nice view over the countryside, after a visit to the village we had a quick pint in the Shroppie Fly.

This morning I went to do the greaser and found a stowaway and tonight the Blue Moon is shining bright.

Tonight we are moored just South of the turning on to the Llangollen Canal and North of Nantwich.

Yesterday we started to cruise the Middlewich Arm mooring up for the night in the country and then completed cruising it today to join the Shropshire Union Canal.

Tonight we are moored in Middlewich, we passed the boat sales which we visited first when we decided to buy a boat and passing the famous flashes.

Before leaving Marston today we paid a visit to the Salt works which is a museum dedicated to the manufacture of salt from an underground naturial Brine source.
