On Friday Hilary went to Colchester Zoo for her keeper for the day experience.

 The boat is now being top coated with the white and the blue undercoat has been started.
We have agreed colour scheme with the sign writer also agreed to the upgrade of the battery/charging system.

Meanwhile the boat re paint has carried on at Springhaven Marina.

Despite Thomas Cook trying to stop us we managed to fly to Santorini as a part of Hilary's birthday celebrations.

 The Maisibert repaint is gathering pace

 The blacking has been completed and now the re paint can start.

 We have arrived Springwood Haven Marina and the task of packing things away for the work to start has nearly been completed

The last week we have been preparing The Maisibert for the work that is going to be carried out on her at Springwood Haven Marina.
Whilst in Atherstone we got to know Claire and Neil who sell plants and carry out art work from their boat.

Yesterday we had a long cruise to get to Springwood Marina so that we had a short cruise to meet Helen and Tim at Atherstone

 We finished the Bank Holiday Weekend by watching a band in the pub in Brinklow

On Saturday we attended the Scarecrow Festival in Brinklow Village.

Last week we celebrated Ruby's fourth birthday.

 Maisie and Poppy enjoyed their time on the boat and that evening we finished off with a BBQ.
